Our kids are facing chronic stress factors very early these days, due to school stress, peer pressure, fast-paced lifestyle or social expectations.
That's why it is so important to introduce them to different modalities & equip them with tools to help them learn how to regulate their nervous system and improve their overall well-being.
We also believe Breathwork and Yoga can help them build self-trust, which is a crucial skill to develop.
Why is it important?
Teenagers are in a phase of self-discovery, where they are forming their identities, values, and beliefs. Trusting themselves helps them make decisions that align with their true selves.
Self-trust also fosters self-confidence. When teenagers trust their abilities and judgment, they are more likely to tackle challenges with a positive attitude and they can rely on themselves to overcome obstacles. Also, they can better define their personal boundaries and stand up for what they believe in, which is an important life skill.
We want our kids to be bale to trust themselves and simply feel better emotionally & physically!
Bring your children, ages 10-18, for one hour class, where we will introduce them to basic breathing techniques to calm down their nervous system & guide them through a gentle yoga practice to help them connect with their bodies.
We are starting September 19 and finishing November 28th (no class on October 31st).
Cost $188(HST included) for 10 classes.
