The basis of Yoga is mindfulness. That’s why we always start our classes with breathwork and meditation, taking time to connect with our bodies, setting an intention for the practice and making it all about self-transformation and connection to the true self within.
In Western society, most of us, are producing too much cortisol, the stress hormone. A little boost of this hormone is necessary however if cortisol levels are elevated for an extended period it can lead to different health problems like chronic inflammation, high blood pressure, weight gain, sleep problems, lower immunity etc. Prolonged cortisol exposure has been linked to depression, anxiety, heart problems and diabetes.

Inez Kelly, Certified Level II QHHT Practitioner, in group regression, brings a special focus on areas in our lives that matter to us most.
Each month, we will explore an area of our lives where we will invite guidance and wisdom from our Higher Self/Soul through the gentle work of regression.
Beginning with a fun visualization, we'll explore ways of connect with our inner guidance.
Next, we'll be guided through a gentle regression to another time, another place where we'll access information and lessons related to the subject of the session, supporting you in your highest good.
Our final destination will be a guided meditation to meet with our 'Guide' or 'Guardian Angel' where we'll ask for a message of guidance to open up and expand our relationship with the current subject of the session.

Our kids are facing chronic stress factors very early these days. Due to school stress, fast-paced lifestyle or social expectations. That's why it is so important to introduce them to different modalities & equip them with tools helping them learn how to regulate their nervous system and improve their overall well-being.
Bring your children, ages 10-18, we will introduce them to basic breathing techniques to calm down their nervous system, guide them through a gentle yoga practice to help them connect with their bodies and work with arts and crafts to inspire them about their future.
Learning the path of self-awareness in discovering the strengths and worthiness, is important for our children, especially in the beginning of their life journey. Tapping into the intuition and understanding that there is a lot of inner guidance available for them, can aid our children in creating more trust in themselves, better self-esteem and simply make them more resilient to the daily life situations.
Our workshops focus on guiding young people towards the improvement of self-awareness, self-worth and self-acceptance. When they recognize who they are they start to live more purposeful lives and fully embrace their talents.
It is a safe and friendly environment where participants will reflect and practice the topic presented within the groups.

The program “Hi, I am Shy” was created with intention to allow more social contacts for teens, who due to their sensitive and shy nature are reluctant in creating any social bonds. Our rules are – everyone can belong, everyone can have fun. The group meet once a month in diverse social settings – bowling, cinema, hikes etc.

This workshop/forum is an exploratory dialogue for parents who are wondering, experiencing or are curious about the 'New Earth' (Crystal, Indigo, Rainbow, Diamond, Golden) children that are arriving into our families. We felt it was needed to create a platform, where parents, who are aware of their children`s gifts would like to find out more and understand more, who their children really are.

The gift of parenthood is like nothing else. We experience the miracles of every milestone in our child's development and at the same time being the parent it can be the most daunting experience we take on. We can feel alone with the burdens of questioning ourselves as to whether we make the right decisions in how to help guide our children through life. Where do we go for support?
We created 7 weeks program, where we will guide you, the parent, in exploring Your mindset, Your belief system, the stories you tell yourself and how they all impact how you help shape and nurture your child.
In these 7 weeks we will explore the wisdom of the Huna Healers and how the "Village" truly supports the life of all the children. It's up to us to make the changes, to deepen our awareness, to be awake for our children ...or....is it that they come into our lives to wake us up?
