Let’s gather and share our stories.
Let’s hold space for each other.
Let’s laugh and cry together.
This month theme: mirror work - all of the positive and negative traits that you see in other people are a reflection of those traits that you actually have yourself.
Not an easy thing to process, especially when talking about negative traits, but once we are willing to dig deeper and see ourselves in others, we can find healing & true freedom.
We will start with breathwork and meditation. Afterwards, we will open the circle and share our stories. Once the circle is closed we will have some time to chat and connect.
Pillows will be provided so you can sit comfortably on the floor. Chairs will be available as well.
