Each month, we will explore an area of our lives where we will invite guidance and wisdom from our Higher Self/Soul through the gentle work of regression. This month we'll journey to the field of Health & Vitality.
Beginning with a fun visualization associated with vitality, we'll explore from the creative Self, the 'Image-nation' our source of health and vitality.
Next, we'll be guided through a gentle regression to another time, another place where we'll access information and lessons related to health and vitality, supporting you in your highest good.
Our final destination will be a guided meditation to meet with our 'Guide' or 'Guardian Angel' where we'll ask for a message of guidance to open up and expand our relationship with health and vitality.
