We all wish peace to everyone and to ourselves.
Do we really understand where peace comes from?
It is an ability to embrace present moment exactly as it is and stay calm, centered and peaceful.
How can we do it?
The easiest way to accept present moment is to just learn how to be in our bodies and observe everything with compassion and calmness.
Mindfulness Classes, we are currently offering will teach you different techniques, which will support you in finding the peace in the present moment, to anchor yourself and stay grounded in our body, not our mind, which tends to drive our lives into turbulences.
Come over for one hour practice, where you can learn different types of meditations and body awareness exercises, which will allow you to become more mindful and centered in daily life.
