Each month, we will explore an area of our lives where we will invite guidance and wisdom from our Higher Self/Soul through the gentle work of regression

This month we will dive into surly most important subject of our life - Our Sacred Gifts.

Beginning with a fun visualization associated with giving and receiving, we'll explore the energy of generosity.

Next, we'll be guided through a gentle regression to another time, another place. There we'll access information and lessons related to giving and receiving...from ourselves and from others.

Afterwards, our final destination will be a guided meditation to meet with our 'Guide or Guardian Angel' where we'll ask for a message of wisdom and guidance to reveal our own, unique Sacred Gift. The Gift, which is most precious, to ourselves and others.
