## Treat yourself with a wonderful, relaxing Sound Bath! Sound baths are very relaxing meditative experiences. The participants lie down comfortably on a yoga mat while enjoying the healing power of sound.

*Participants are expected to arrive at 11:30 am to get settled and start right at 11:45 am. Participants who arrive later than 11:45 am won’t be allowed to enter as this is a very deep meditative exercise and we want to reduce interruptions as much as possible. No refunds will be issued due to a late arrival.
