When the root chakra is off balance, our negative belief system runs the show of our life. Through our beliefs patterns are created and our life evolves based on what we have inherited and conditioned ourselves to.
This retreat is about becoming aware of those beliefs and energies that hold us back from living our best lives, clearing them and anchoring the new, creating a different reality more aligned with expansion and our full expression.
We will uncover the beliefs we inherited from the lineages of our father and mother. Therefore by accessing our subconscious mind, and energy bodies which stores those beliefs, we will get out of the loop and create new beliefs. Moreover through energy work, we will install a new template within us to shift our reality and ground into our hearts with inner peace and renewed energy.
By creating a roadmap, everyone will also be able to take action towards recalibrating their own energy using the energetic toolbox created for them. A newly restored high vibratory energy will be embodied and will sustain us well beyond this three-day experience.

She is Canadian, but now resides in Mauritius, where she was born and runs transformational retreats in the lush natural landscapes of Mauritius.
