We invite you to join in an exploration that will guide you to tap into the light within, your true essence.  In the seven week sessions we will explore the wisdom given to us by the Huna Healers and how we can expand into a deeper awareness  as we move through our daily lives.  Each week we will explore one of the universal principles and finish with a guided chakra healing meditation.

Huna is a Life Philosophy originating in Polynesian Islands, mostly  in Hawaii,  whose wise teachings  thousands of years old, show the ways to harmony, self-realization and holistic approach to life. The principles of Huna can help to positively change our self perception, develop our potentials and create the life of structure and deeper meaning.
