Parents Support Workshop Series

The daily pressures of being a parent can sometimes make us feel like the overwhelm takes over the incredible joy that this experience delivers to us.

The gift of parenthood is like nothing else.  We experience the miracles of every milestone in our child's development and at the same time being the parent  it can be the most daunting experience we take on.  We can feel alone with the burdens of questioning ourselves as to whether we make the right decisions in how to help guide our children through life.

Where do we go for support?

In the 7 week session Sonia will guide you, the parent, in exploring  Your mindset, Your belief system, the stories you tell yourself and how they all impact how you help shape and nurture your child.

In these 7 weeks we will explore together  the wisdom of the Huna Healers and how the "Village" truly supports the life of all the children.  It's up to us to make the changes, to deepen our awareness, to be awake for our children ...or....is it that they come into our lives to wake us up?

Please join me in exploring these gifts and connecting with a like minded community to build a village for support and personal growth.

Sonia is a Whole-istic Wellness Coach, Huna Practitioner, Reiki Master, has a degree in Child Development and Early Childhood Education.

Fee for 7 weeks - $270 plus HST.
